Brandon Ng is a coach sharing methods that have worked for him and the people he works with. He is not a licensed physician, registered dietitian, physical therapist, or mental-health professional, and nothing on this site or in any session is medical, clinical, or psychological advice.
Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, elderly, or have a medical condition or injury. Exercise carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury. By training with AMRAP you accept those risks and agree that you are participating voluntarily and at your own risk.

Results vary from person to person. Nothing here is a guarantee of any specific physical, health, or financial outcome.
Where a package describes a commitment to keep working with you toward a goal — including the “I don’t stop until you reach your goal” promise in the lifetime package — that is a promise about my effort and ongoing support, not a guarantee that you will achieve any particular physique, weight, or result by any particular time. Your results depend on many factors within your own control, including your consistency, effort, genetics, and health. No specific outcome is or can be guaranteed.
Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to coach you and respond to you: the information you give us (such as your name, email, and anything you share about your goals and health when you book or message), and basic analytics about how the site is used.
We use that information to deliver coaching, communicate with you, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate (for example, scheduling and payment processors), and only as needed to provide the service, or where required by law.
Your coaching conversations and health details are kept confidential and shared with no one outside what is needed to serve you. Terms of Service
By using this site or booking coaching, you agree to these terms. Coaching services, packages, and pricing are described on the site and may change over time; the price you are quoted at purchase is the price that applies to that purchase.
Payments, refunds, scheduling, and cancellation terms for a given package are provided at the time you book. You agree to give accurate information and to follow reasonable safety guidance during sessions. You are responsible for your own health decisions.
Lifetime and founding offers. “Lifetime” access, held founding pricing, and lifetime discounts last for as long as AMRAP / NiceGuy Ventures LLC continues to operate the coaching service, and are personal to you — they cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash. If the service is paused, discontinued, or wound down, or if its form materially changes, these benefits end or change with it. Limited-spot offers (such as the founding cohort and the lifetime spots) are capped at the stated number and may be changed or withdrawn before they sell out.
Included apparel and gifts. Any free or included clothing item is a gift with no cash value, is subject to availability and your sizing information, and is not redeemable for cash or credit. Production and delivery timing is an estimate, not a guarantee, and the specific design or color may vary from any preview shown.
Educational content. Free guides, calculators, and reference ranges on this site (including any nutrition, supplement, or blood-sugar information) are general education only, not medical, nutritional, or diagnostic advice, and not personalized to you. Reference numbers are typical ranges for healthy adults and may not apply to you — consult your own doctor before acting on anything you read here, especially if you have any medical condition or take medication.
